Thanks @Zoe7 It's that dastardly Irritable Bowel Syndrome - caused by my bowel surgeries.

Not fun, it never got any better - after 5 years.

I understand your pain @Adge I have IBS as well and the pain can be excruciating - luckily I haven't had that kind of pain for months now but I know what it is like and really feel for you

I am a Walking Advertisement for Earplugs @Shaz51 @Zoe7 I use them every night.

Would not sleep without them, as my neighbours can be very very noisy - & they keep on going all through the night.
