we have had a ups and downs between me and my step children when they were younger

and mr shaz was not well back then either

Just tried to walk the dog ... barely a 100m round trip but 20m more than yesterday.

we cleaned two houses this morning

and then home for lunch -- think mr shaz likes working half days

mum had a visitor coming but she wanted me there ??? so went there for afternoon tea
