They offered me a 3 day preview of plus (there was no way to say no, it was automatically applied)

@avant-garde oops, sorry about that. Sometimes it's hard to determine if someone is joking or being serious via text!
I've got 3 tasks left, take a stretch break, pray and brush teeth. I do the last 2 at night so I'll need to get up off mah butt in a moment to stretch. Plus my GP told me I needed to make sure I don't sit too long while my back is still causing pain.
How are you feeling today? xo

Your goals are similar to mine @MissinTooth . Although I don't meditate for 10 mins, nor walk the dog in this blizzard

@avant-garde those yoghurt pouches are great aren't they?
You've been busy! Me, I'm not doing my best but tomorrow is another day. Considering the week has been a pretty good one I think having some low points a couple of times a week as opposed to every day is a win 😊

Decreasing frequency is worth noting too and something to smile about
I looked in the mirror last night and started crying.
Just seeing one lone tooth with a gap on either side
It's not my fault... it's a result of my particular upbringing...
It hit me like a ton of bricks

Darling @avant-garde I understand how you feel. It can be very demoralising and painful to have to live with the knowledge that you did nothing to cause your loss of teeth.
My top 3 front teeth are missing and the bottom has 2 front teeth with a gap either side too. And yeah, not my fault. One of my medications causes dry mouth and it's my bipolar medication. I also have a high plaque build up so no matter how many times I brush my teeth it still builds up quicker than most people. I felt so humiliated when my dentist dismissed it, telling me I wasn't brushing frequently or long enough.
I have decided to access my super to get a plate. I discussed dentures with my dentist and he said that I still have enough teeth left to have plates made. And implants are way out of the question, between 6 - 9 thousand per implant. Outrageous.
I don't know if you have heard of the band 4 King & Country but they have a song called Priceless. As I was replying to you the song came into my head for you -
