Re: Support for L-B

Hi @tyme @Oaktree , I have been going to a support group and a new therapist and it's helping with graded exposure, tackling mildly uncomfortable tasks. How are you?

Re: Support for L-B

@L-B

I also found a support group that meets weekly but now that I am working for a friend on a Monday evening I need to go to one of their other groups. They have them in a few locations on different nights.

I didn’t get the job this time but I was told I was a strong candidate. Maybe next time…

I have applied to do further studies

Re: Support for L-B

Hi @Oaktree , so glad you found a Support group, have some work and might do some further study. As one door closes another opens with new opportunities.

I TOTALLY agree with this. It is so true.

We can be disappointed when one door closes (this is very normal and natural), yet what there is awaiting can be so much more 🙂

Thinking of you both @L-B @Oaktree

Hi @L-B ,

How did this week go?

@Oaktree

Re: Support for L-B

Hi @tyme @Oaktree , the week's been busy. Was tired today. Confronting anxiety is difficult. Also, many people I know have no knowledge or inkling of my mental health struggles so this can be nice but it's a strain as well socially.

Re: Support for L-B

Hi @L-B

I get you. I have been struggling with anxiety as well.

Re: Support for L-B

I suppose you have a whole kit of tools @Oaktree  to manage anxiety. I think I do. But I understand it is still a struggle at times.

Re: Support for L-B

Hi @tyme , do you still experience anxiety?

Re: Support for L-B

Hi @L-B

I am trying to remind myself not to be anxious. Here are my new Finch goals. Finch is a self care app
