Hello @TAB have had a big weekend and today.  Had two lots of produce sent by mistake by the farmer so have been blanching and freezing so it does not go to waste. I now buy direct from the farm instead of going through a subscription packing/delivery service.

I've decided to buy my groceries in bulk once a month so in total save $100/month. Not having lawnmower man around as often saves another $100. Trying to budget. I will be back in the black at around the middle of the month. Get paid my pension this week plus will do my application for Victorian Energy Compare cash bonus from the government when applications open this Friday.

Tried to friend someone on a facebook group but got discriminated against as I said I had disabilities but did not mention specifics just said it in passing. Got turned down. Oh well.  I have not been socialising but was quite shocked that having a disability could rule someone out. I thought what a shame. I've had dynamic relationships with people in the past.  I'm so out of the loop that I thought this was not a common occurance.  Yes I know theres such a thing as ableism but the fact people don't want to know you because you're disabled?!

I'm just sitting here with coconut oil and rosemary essential oil in my hair. Will go and wash it out soon. Then go for another W.A.L.K.

@Faith-and-Hope @Snowie @Former-Member Been a very difficult few weeks topped off with COVID. The first few days I was extremely unwell but it seems to be getting better gradually now. Love to you all 💖

I'm sorry to hear that you came down with covid, and that you were extremely unwell. Hopefully with it wearing off a bit, your symptoms get better with time.

Dear @Zoe7 my goodness you poor thing. It's so hard to cope and recover from Covid with other complex health conditions.

Hope the children didn't pass it on to you and your classroom hasn't also been unwell.

Nothing I can share at present @Snowie but thank you for the offer. Unfortunately I seem to be getting worse but my gorgeous GP has contacted me - she was on holidays - so I now have anti-viral medication to try to help get on top of it - luckily just in the window for it to hopefully be effective. Plenty of other meds also to help with some of the symptoms as well as monitoring of my oxygen levels and BP over the next few days. If my breathing gets any worse then off to hospital. Very much hoping to avoid that but with underlying asthma I am at higher risk of secondary infections.

@Former-Member Lots of other health issues that are not helping recovery but very much hoping to deal with it at home. As I said above to Snowie though - if my breathing does not start to improve then I may end up in hospital ...hoping all the meds kick in quickly and I can avoid that.

Oh dear @Zoe7 I really hope you don't end up in hospital but glad you not fully against it, if you need it. I hope the meds are effective for you and that they can help you out too.

Oh dear @Zoe7 sorry to hear you're so unwell 😔. Hope the anti vitals work soon for you.

If it's hospital you need though hopefully this will work out. You poor thing. Sounds like you are being well cared for though.
