As for me, I’m  going to check out a property I’ve been pre approved for and have been given on the condition I inspect to it. It’s in regional Victoria about 40 minutes away from our current location but my housemate and I have been looking in the area- cheaper rent and more properties available in our price range but still a fair bit of competition due to the lower prices- so I’m hoping things are looking up for both of us now.  This whole housing situation has been really stressful since the landlord decided he wanted to ‘move in’ - aka do renovations and get more money - and for a long time, I was really scared of being homeless and potentially having to consider moving into student accommodation to do a degree or even move back into my sisters house which would have been detrimental to my mental health. There’s more to this but I’ll leave my thoughts here.

yes. @Ru-bee  CERT IV TAE 40122 @ Tab along w cert II transport  and warehousing, cert III Heavy Fabrication BA , BA(hons) 2A (Adelaide Uni) ha har.. also a stack of High Risk and WHS type courses like confined spaces, work at heights, operate forklift, EWP, also dogman, rigger, HR truck licence, welding quals, open bike licence ah ha har lol even a cert in German as Foreign language Intermediate level fm college in Berlin .

@ TAB , RENAISSANCE MAN .. lolo was 3 years in Army ., 3 years clerk in govt, worked in foundrys, fish factories, ugh , with horriblest peeps u ever met..  builders labourer, carpenters helper, brickies labourer ha ha lol .... @Glisten @Bunniekins @Meowmy @StuF @StanD @ENKELI lol..................
