@Jake63 @@so maybe try the usual reply.
in your post my name remained black so it didn’t come through my notifications, but I saw your post in the…”latest post “ function. Yeah it takes a while to learn the ins and outs of the forum.
its great you started your own threads. If you want replies try tagging others to them, otherwise those threads drop back and people forget about them. That’s partly why I think these general social threads can be very helpful.
herbal tea or your choice…
anyone read anything good recently?

@avant-garde Good… its funny/ interesting how we get feelings about people. There are plenty of times I go hide out on my Fragile thread… but sometimes social learning is good. These days there is more input from mods and peer workers.. which is good. The reality with mental health spaces… is that many vulnerable people are floating around… but there vulnerabilities are often different… so not always a fantastic fit. yet to gain a sense of belonging and community… others need to be involved.

I considered replying to your thread before however when such topics have arisen before they've been shut down due to our ability to provide feedback ourselves.
Although I appreciate the desire to hear my thoughts I choose to not comment as if I do have something to say I will communicate with them directly.
Thank you for the opportunity though.

Many kind thanks for your reply. I am very sorry to hear about what your past experiences were when you provided feedback. Were you providing feedback to SANE?

I'm not sorry they were shut down because they were right
Why have a go between and share feedback on the forums to them have it sent to them anyway. It means a lot more when it comes from us.
Now I ask that we don't continue to discuss this thank you

Hey @Jake63, thank you for sharing your experience about the Forums with the community and we really value feedback from our Members.
We do have a way that you can provide feedback, which will be viewed by the team that handles all feedback and complaints as they arise. It is handled in a very professional way and is really valued as an opportunity to hear what the community has to say.
Take a look at the SANE Feedback and Complaints page here: https://www.sane.org/about-us/policies/feedback-and-complaints-policy#:~:text=If%20you%20need%20supp.... You can read the policy and get a good understanding of how it all works!
Thanks again for sharing your experiences with the community!
Take care
