Re: Tabaluga's

Yep @Bill16  - happy with tickets

Did you catch anything?

I hope the snake wasn't too close??

Re: Tabaluga's

Hope things are ok with your health @StuF and that you can get it attended to and its not too serious. Not much happening here just vegetating today. So youre really going to the Swans game? I thought it might be hard to get tickets. I'm not a footy fan but thought maybe the Grand Final had been moved or there was a Grand Final holiday now or something. Anyway thats something nice to look forward to. I have never been to a football match in my life. Been to cricket on Boxing Day in Bay 13 at the MCG - will never do that again a little bit wild lol They may have extended the MCG since then but I don't know if Bay 13 exists anymore. It was notorious with the Balmy Army, Mexican waves and stuff like that.  Yes Smiling Gecko was there lol Embarrassing!

Re: Tabaluga's

Re: Tabaluga's

@Meowmy  kept phone numbers from bridging course in january. Rang some guy . He called back, he sent me some sample resumes etc and to me to get putting my name out there. so , any help from him wil be very basic. Still useful I guess. and at l least I know what the 'help' was now lol

he sent me some sample cover letters and resumes to change to my details.

Re: Tabaluga's

Hey @SmilingGecko

Just one (or two) of my psych meds messing with my kidneys. Not serious yet, but my haematologist wants a renal specialist to have a gander at things

This Swans game is the final game to get to the Grand Final the week after. We're playing @TAB s team!

Re: Tabaluga's

When I was more able-bodied/minded I was at DES and its just an organisation that went through the motions for the sake of public representation and nothing else. It seemed to be reinforcing structural inequities rather than addressing them and the lady I saw there actually admitted it to me. Seriously, @TAB they actually knew what they were doing! It gave them a job and made everything look cushy like the were doing things for the disabled.
