@PeppyPatti it was lucky that I was allowed to take my puppy with me cos he really helped my anxiety by being there. It's hard to reach out for support when we are struggling so much.

This I agree @Dreamy 

I bought Peanut the puppy for my husband because he had a terrible meltdown when we went to Hobart. 

My psychotherapist who has seen him about 3 times in the past 6 years says he's suffering deep depression and grieving. 

He refuses to get help, he won't even see a Gp.

@PeppyPattii hope it's helping him and you having Peanut around. 

That's so hard that he refuses to get help but I do understand it cos I've been and still very much am in that position of not being able to always reach out. But I do see my gp and I try to be open with him, unfortunately today I just didn't get to tell him everything I really needed to.

did you have a shot @Meowmy ? any  lots fluid , try and keep warm. maybe get proper meds from drs lol
