Yeah struggling a bit here @Meowmy . Got a splitting headache and no strong painkillers. Slept ok until woke up to go to loo couldn’t get back to sleep because of the headache caused by back and neck pain. Just put tiger balm on my forehead. Trying to stretch back and neck.Should get on computer but that will make pain worse. Might leave it for today. Have an easy day. Need stronger pain killers. Drinking hydralyte and not smoking. .

Had a good start to the day, cat is curled up in a ball on the bed. Just took meds and will do some medical qigong. I learned a practice from a traditional chinese doctor on how to detox energy from the organs cupping one hand and forming a Taoist fist with the other while slapping target points across the body. Felt so much better afterwards. Plus unblock meridians using medical qigong. I do love the you tube channel that I get this information from. Must be hundreds of shorts on chinese medicine accessible for the general public

I am up again, finally had a shower.going to wash bedding. might show my face in shop later, maybe not.No good reason to go. and would comehome w 500g processed meat and snacks ha ha
my cat has found new day sleeping spot, think not in my yard, it seems to be able to hear me if I starting talking cat talk and will appear still asleep mostly . think it jumps fence into old peoples yard as its always secure and has high fences
Hello @TAB about to do qigong now, it makes me feel better. Yes go off and get stuff at shops good excuse for leaving the house I reckon. Just tucked kitty cat into bed she is resting on my pillow just covered her with my doona. Its getting colder. Waiting for my meridian abdomen stick. It has nodules on it to stimulate meridians across the stomach which cause people to carry stomach weight. You stroke it down the stomach to flush meridians. Will let you know how I go with it. Had a good nights sleep last night. Slept through alarm which is unusual for me
