@TAB It happens! I'm excited about getting hydrogen water device. I can start reversing back the clock and treat disease. I know Dr Mercola uses it. Great ant-inflammatory and treats oxidative stress. Will see what it can do. Its meant to be great for diabetes. My diabetes is under control right now. I have no neuropathy in my feet which is good. Building strength and muscles can help let glucose into muscle tissue. I haven't been walking due to heat but will get out there today!

@TAB I was going to go into the township to get a haircut the other day. Got to organise that soon before it gets too busy before xmas. I hope your back pain has eased up and you do better today getting around. I have to download my numerology guide for next year. I will be in a "3" year. I had a fb friend who was a psychic and tarot reader and she put me onto these amazing yearly numerology guides.
