Morning has broken

Re: Morning has broken

Hi @Eve7

Hoping your pdoc appt. went well hon. Sending lots of 💗💗

Hi @Emelia8

I hope your day has gone well 💕💕

Re: Morning has broken

I saw pdoc this morning and totally lost it. I was dizzy and didn’t know where I was at all. Pdoc made me stay after the appt and they gave me a cup of tea. She explained a bit more about dissociation which was helpful.

Finally made it home and went to sleep. Cancelled training.

Re: Morning has broken

Hi dear @Eve7

I'm glad your pdoc saw you needed the extra help hon. Hopefully staying afterwards helped a little, or at least got you home safely.

I hope the sleep helped hon and tonight is going ok. Sometimes we have to put ourselves first.

Re: Morning has broken

Just feeling flat and blah @Snowie I hope you’re ok

Re: Morning has broken

Oh no @Eve7 . I'm sorry to hear that this happened. It sounded so so hard. I'm glad they looked after you. Do you have support with you now?

Also, @Snowie , is your pdoc back?

Re: Morning has broken

Thats understandable @Eve7 you've had a big day. Can you take it easy tonight?

Had psych today. Was telehealth. Good in one way that I was already home, but would much rather face to face.

Re: Morning has broken

Hi @tyme

Had psych appt. today. First one in 7 weeks. Was good to talk to her.

Re: Morning has broken

That's good to hear @Snowie . I hope you felt more relieved after the appointment.

Re: Morning has broken

It felt better getting some things out @tyme Unfortunately one hour doesn't make up for 7 weeks worth. Will take a few more sessions I think to go through all.

On a good note, respite came through for my mum. Can't wait!

Re: Morning has broken

Totally understand @Snowie . It's been a long time.

You know what? I just breathed a BIG sigh of relief for you when I read about your mum securing respite! Amazing!
