I am so sorry to hear you are in an emotionally abusive marriage ..... mine succumbed to that just recently although we had many good years before some massive changes happened that began to take it all away. I am in the process of re-building .... but it's very early days yet.
There are others here in similar difficulties marriage-wise. Are you able to access counselling around the issues ? It can make a real difference to have your abusive spouse know that others are aware of what they are doing. It helped us for a while .....
