Hi All.
Is there a disputes phone number with the NDIA when they decline making payments?
We have been waiting for payments over 12 months and replied each time and given evidence and they keep declining our payment request.
Very frustrated.

Welcome to the forums! Sorry you're having trouble with the NDIS, it seems to be a common theme, unfortunately! Do you have a support coordinator or do you manage your own funds?

Having worked as an NDIS service provider, payments usually come through pretty quickly.
Sometimes, invoices are rejected if they can’t find the key information or wording that they need to approve it.
Depending on the reason for rejecting the claim, you may need to ask the company/service provider etc to tweak what is written on the invoice/receipt.
