Re: Trying makes it worse

Sorry I didn’t respond til now @EternalFlower Normal computer broke and phone unreliable, Flat out with life as well. Finally made it to forums.

Glad UR feeling safe and have a few options.

I like Tim Winton too.

Haha @Dimity I had cooks show me that trick way back.... ha Ha @tonys I often go the messy way.... it’s stone fruit season. Hooray. Always grateful for the greengrocer who stopped me on the street in Brighton UK. I must have looked DowN and sad. He begged me to try a peach. Said he would not charge me if I did not like it. He was a good salesman and an honest one with an honest product. It was lovely. I paid and been hooked ever since!

My singing ladies were over yesterday and a friend popped over today so I am not feeling invisible like I was when I joined forUm.

My body isplayING up. Sorry weird typos.

anyway hope you all going as good as poss

Re: Trying makes it worse

just having a long day but feeling good, my worker came for a few hours which was nice - she's very reliable and doesn't cancel. that's pretty much all i look for @Jasper_123 and coming on time - although she does come late sometimes she's quite organised and lets me know.

Each day is better after hospital

Re: Trying makes it worse

So glad for you @EternalFlower

The supports are important.  I'm a bit adrift at the moment.

Just mulling over whether to turn on the air-conditioning before it gets hotter.

Hi hun,

I am glad to hear that you are feeling better since leaving the hospital. You can take things back to Coles if you are not 100% happy. I love my support worker, I see her 3-4 times a week. Usually a movie or outing on a Monday, art group on Tuesday morning, sometimes a bbq on Wednesday mornings and then walking group on a Thursday morning. I have had the same support worker for about 7 years. She is more of a friend now. I find myself telling her about things happening in my life. We give each other birthday presents too. It’s a nice comfortable relationship. I have a respite to Denmark (south west WA) coming up soon and then another respite which is a 3 day cruise to nowhere. Looking forward to that. Hope things continue to improve for you!
