Yes @EternalFlower . I know its true. Even I couldn't make that up. I just loved the beautiful way you wrote it and it stayed with me. I know you are are dark woods. I read the advice that Appleblossom is giving you. Its so well thought out and illustrated that I dare not add to it. I hope you can one day draw sustenance from it. wishing you peace my friend. tonys

Nice to see you around @tonys you dropped off some other threads. I was wondering how you were going. Saw that you were online just now and decided to say hi. Nothing much happening here. Did some yoga today and voted

@EternalFlower I hope you will be ok. I know you are going through a difficult patch with your mental health. You have all of our support from SANE. I have been through many hard times with my schizoaffective diagnosis. Sometimes it can be too much.
Please keep reaching out for support no matter how difficult it feels to feel open and raw about your feelings. Just letting you know we are within 12 hours of a solar eclipse and its triggering even for normal people without a diagnosis of MI. Its one of the reasons why I do yoga in moments like these even though my mental health is stable. But emotionally I have struggled this week with so many unknowns, stressors and worries.
Sending you my strength and solidarity lovely lady

Oh Wow . Hello @Former-Member Well I did slide of the map for a while. Lets see. Had corrective surgery to free up an arm and get a hump of my back. You heard right. . A hump.
Then came infection, mild heart attack, induced comma, stroke and lost a bit of speech n memory.
Might not have happened in that order.
Now I'm back to annoy you lot. In a nice hospital but hope to be out soon. Lots of physio and slow hands so I fade from the forrums and sleep a lot.
Now. how are you @Former-Member . Please forgive me but are you that energetic super hero lady that I used to call, Little miss sporting goods . . ? Things, faces, and places are slow to return but with a little help n understanding, good gains each day. Raconteur, now that rings bells. . tonys mb 1

Like @tonys said, your last post was solid gold @EternalFlower
Sounds like a mantra for survival and thriving.
Somehow I believe it helps to make up our own, of course they are snippets already floating around in the language domain, but personalising the right things makes all the difference..
