Hey @MDT I feel really torn when I need a day off work. However, I sometimes need a reset so I can be productive. Totally agree with @Gazza75  - it is definitely better to take a day now as it can mean avoiding more time later.

Yes we all have a learning edge and are changing, yet core aspects of ourselves endure.

I just got an email that my work tomorrow was cancelled due to the heat.  It was outside horticultural work.  I am feeling that I get more respect for basic life essentials than ever in my family or marriage.  Sometimes familiarity breeds contempt and I need to learn to give it the quick flick and not let it eat at me.
