Just putting my best foot forward at work. Haven't been in this location today for 4 months. They have good food choices around. Thats what I'm taking advantage of atm.

can have thyroid biopsy here apparently, thnik that was it, so just keep taking meds

Seeing cardiologist in 90 mins or so
