oh backs a mess not even lifting axe over my head trying to keep it straight. @Glisten  deft leaning forward, not notice what hands doing, top hand used to slide down handle, think am 'pushing' it w 2 hands and leaning to get some power when in groove and esp on bastard wood, I try and get middle of axe head on corner, seems to split easier

Just heating up some bone broth @TAB my thyroid is doing well now - erratic sleeping patterns and hot flushes and sweats have gone just by changing diet (ie no caffeine, cocoa, gluten, soy or artificial colors/flavors) I am really happy as I was concerned I would be on thyroid meds. The worst part was was waking up all throughout the night 6 or 7 times a night and little sleep. Was not sleeping properly for ages. Now I sleep 8 hours thankfully. Just back in from my walk, did 30 minutes.
