Many of us have started to focus on getting to the next level because of societal expectations and are failing to be happy and mindful at the present moment. It is essential to boost happiness, and one can start with small but effective habits, like practicing gratitude by taking a moment each day to reflect on what we are thankful for. Engaging in physical activity, even a short walk, can lift our mood by releasing endorphins. Staying connected with loved ones and making time for meaningful social interactions is key, as strong relationships contribute to long-term happiness. Additionally, focusing on mindfulness and being present at the moment—whether through meditation or simply slowing down—can reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. Small changes like these, when practiced regularly, can make a big difference in our happiness. https://yourmentalhealthpal.com/ways-to-increase-happiness-huberman-lab/

I like the idea of building small habits and over time they become bigger, I think we often neglect the small things because they don't feel fulfilling enough, however they are needed to get us to reach the bigger goals. @heera72

Howdy, just have been working mostly, I've joined a couple social clubs which have been nice. Things are overall good, I'm keen for my trip coming up soon, otherwise just waiting to get back to uni in March. What about you? @tyme
