Sometimes, our perfectionism might lead us to become lazy and procrastinate. Overcoming laziness or procrastination can be challenging, but we can control our time and energy with the right strategies. The first step is to understand its root cause and reflect on why we procrastinate—it can be because of fear of failure, perfectionism, lack of clarity, or feeling overwhelmed. Setting clear goals by breaking them down into smaller steps, setting deadlines, using time management techniques, creating a productive environment by eliminating distractions or using tools, starting small and celebrating small wins, staying accountable, developing habits over time, addressing negative thoughts, and seeking help when needed can help us overcome laziness and procrastination. And it's definitely something that one can overcome.
