I know @Former-Member, we live in a world that doesn't have the time or is too freaked out to be gentle. That's why I love my LGBTQI+ community, there's always someone who knows at least some of the heartaches and heartbreaks and has a warm hug for you. And even if they don't fully understand, there's always someone who loves you.

However, being a part of a caring, supportive community that can relate and empathise is so powerful, and nurtures like water in a dry river bed 🌺🙂💜

I used to have what I’m guessing was a very similar connection in the motorcycle enthusiast community, when I rode…there was always someone to talk to, ride with, and relate to, which makes a huge difference 🙂🌺

I have found that the SANE forums have been such a boost to my sense of feeling amongst people who not only relate, but support and hold space with lots of gentleness and respect..like a huge hug 🤗🌺💜🙂
