I got told off in a very gentle and measured way @StuF @Meowmy  ie what do you expect ..if you ...

so I have some thinking to do. did ECG, no good. BP ordinary. getting Holter monitor again plus am booked in to get heart re-started and got told stop drinking alcohol, stop drinking softdrinks including diet ones , no fried food, no salt , no sugar , no sweets

So, sounding like follow up is happening

well, quick fixes dead and buried @StuF got holter monitor yet again in week and a half

getting contact fm hosp in 'couple weeks' re getting ticker stopped ha ha ha ha lol

But it at least seems like things - concrete things - are in motion

he says will feel better after get heart zapped , also said I should be doing cpap but ultimately pointless if dont address

• drinking
• sleep apnea 

anyway he said common link is drinking. 'find something else to do ' and 'go to AA'
