Re: Tabaluga's

@StuF Ah it was ok, its just hard getting older and having to use public transport but I cope! lol I hope this acupuncture knocks me out plus added morning sunlight. Me and @GezzaP have insomnia occasionally. Wishing you a good nights sleep tonight @GezzaP

Re: Tabaluga's

Back and neck better than they were but still sore when walk. At least the related headache has gone after acupuncture @ENKELI .Go back for more treatment on Thursday. Got a heat pad on neck atm. Had it on mynback earlier. The good thing is I’m not having spasms. Enjoy rest of your day.

Re: Tabaluga's

Yes you mentioned about the ravenous hunger @GezzaP such an encumbrance. The Big O doesnt affect me much, no hunger, just overweight, diabetes and tremors in the hands oh and photosensitivity! I cant be in the sun otherwise I get sunburn! I'm starting to feel like I want to sleep allready.

Re: Tabaluga's

Yes got to plan your trip @TAB . I haven’t done much since 3pm. GP rang early and did referral for me. Just relaxing now with heat pad on my back. Hungry tonight that’s the double dose of med that makes you extra hungry. Trying not to eat too much junk.

Re: Tabaluga's

Thanks @SmilingGecko . Feeling a bit tired atm. Listening to ABC radio national. Program i’m listening to will cover rise of one nation (one notion) which personally I find really disturbing.

Re: Tabaluga's

I’m used ton the big O but this double dose is making me hungry @SmilingGecko . Hope you sleep well tonight.

Re: Tabaluga's

@SmilingGecko I have to be honest, your post didn't sit well with me, it felt like you were actually being a keyboard warrior. Not every family experiences abuse, I know of very few cases where there has been abuse. But, just because I didn't experience it and none of my family or friends experienced it, doesn't mean it didn't happen. I am well aware of that.

I don't know where the 80% you speak of came from, the sources I refer to state it's 20% which I believe is more accurate. And that is still too high.
