@Ali11  Thanks for care. I just practiced some choir music. I go to a choir once a weeks. No friends yet.

I am going out with a group tomorrow - I have not meet them before but I am going out to meet new people- we're all going out for lunch . We also planning on going for a walk once a week. I think that will be good for me. @Ali11

@MeowmyI hope you start to feel better. The anxiety really takes it out of us. I think relaxation and able to manage stress should be taught at school. I was always on the go and probably doing too much for too long. I'm more burnt out.

@oceangirl Sorry to hear that. Hope you feel better soon. I was ok before the traumas my father imposed on me. Since then, I find it very hard to relax. I am looking an app to download some movies. Hopefully I can watch some movies and forget about everything. I know this works for some people. Hope you find enough distractions and things to enjoy to take your mind off anxiety.

I am sorry with what happen with your Dad @Meowmy . I hope you're able to heal. Surrounding yourself with good people, that is what I think helps us to heal. Movies sound like a good idea, its a nice way to spend your time.

I'm obsessed with the idea of going to Hospital, I don't know why, I feel better there. I know it's not healthy. Just feel so confused and down.
