Hi, so the situation is I keep thinking I'm hearing voices (I have a diagnosis of Schizoaffective Disorder) but I'm not sure if they are voices or thoughts. But none the less they are all negative. I can't seem to escape my thoughts. It's not pleasant.

@oceangirl Thanks. Hope we get a bit better slowly. Setbacks are hard. It is hard to pick ourselves up and try again.
i watched thirty minutes movie. Hard for me to watch for longer. Now I am going to do some chores in the kitchen.

Thank you for sharing- thats so brave of you. Are you able to replace the negative thoughts with positive thoughts? I find exercise helps to keep me calm and more chilled.

You're welcome @Meowmy . We will get there. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other. I know its sounds easier said than done but it does work. Surround yourself with good people who appreciate you and value your worth.
I'm just preparing more dinner for my dogs- I am steaming them chicken breast fillet.

@oceangirl Lucky dogs. Thanks. I don’t have friends, due to severe disruptions of my mental illness. But I am building up my activities with some groups. Hopefully slowly, I will have some friends.
