Re: Feeling Lost

Aw @outlander

I know about Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome - that is tough for someone so young.

I know other people who have it and I know it's very painful and hard to manage. As someone who lives with severe shoulder pain now I understand how debilitating chronic pain is and I hope you can get into a pain clinic somewhere some time

Eight years caring for your pop is a long time and wow - as tough as that is I admire you for doing it - goodonyer Outlander - I can't imagine what sort of strain that must be

And you have been successful in getting into a disability position - and got a certificate with a future as a team leader. All this with all the issues you have to deal with - as tough as it all is - and I have achieved in getting through my studies with all sorts of obstacles - I admire you. Well done

And you still have the horses - that's so cool - and one of your sisters at least - what a life you have - full of all different good and bad experiences.

And you have PTSD and anxiety and depression which I do know about - and BPD which I don't. And I am not at all surprised that you have other unpleasant urges as well

So - yes - I hear you when you say your mental health is getting worse. I don't ask why but rather why not - you have battled for years.

Keep in touch.

Sending goo thoughts

Owlunar - I was Dec. I needed a change

Re: Feeling Lost

i know who you are @Owlunar

its actually complex regional pain syndrome. this one is related to the nerves and a dysfunction they have. its quite interesting to read and learn about but not as fun to live with.

i have travelled to another state for specialised treatment and have just undergone a week of intensive IV in patient medical treatment to try and reset the nerves but it hasnt improved it as much as id hoped.

i have already been the team leader. after 7 months i decided to drop down from the role as it was to much to manage with family as well. i really should learn to put my job and myself first before family.

Re: Feeling Lost

its also nice to see you back @Owlunar it feels like a long time since ive seen you floating around too so its good that your back

So no improvements with the living arrangements? @outlander

Re: Feeling Lost

I'm sorry hon @outlander fell asleep quite quickly last night.

I hope today brings a little bit of joy into your world.

Since I first met you, you have had to deal with so much responsibility, much more than anyone else your age.

Sometimes we have to try and put ourselves first, for our own mental health. I know it is hard to do at times, but please try and look after yourself.

Sending lots of love your way 💕💕
