Hi All

Not sure where to put this, but I have to choose a topic..

I have been having problems with moving through the forums..

I see people posting about the Support button - which is also intermittently working for me..

I don't want to hassle IT if it's just a problem for me..

But I also have had other problems. I'm not sure if it's just me or more widespread..

Last evening, If I clicked on something, including my own notifications I get a 403 Forbidden screen come up and I have to close down my whole browser and wait a while before I can get back in..

When I try to increment through the pages it doesn't move on the page number changes but the list does not..

I sent a notification to IT on the form when I was getting the processing your request notification - that currently doesn't seem to be happening..

Anyhow just wondering if these issues are widespread..

hey @Till23 it's definitely not just you! the support button and loading page issues have been reported to the IT team, they're currently working on it and we'll update you all when we know more.

if you or any other member notice further issues, please feel free to report it here: Technical Feedback Form (if you're able to provide screenshots and details, it would be helpful but absolutely no pressure!)

i absolutely hear that these tech issues can be frustrating, and we really appreciate everyone's patience with us. we have our fingers crossed that we'll get some answers soon!!

I had reported issue on the form to IT the other day.

Wasn't sure if the 403 Forbidden issue and moving through pages (this is not the "phantom page" issue but an incrementing issue) was just me (like my computer problem

thanks for reporting it! @Till23 even i had to check with a fellow mod to make sure it wasn't just my laptop/internet being laggy. glad you reached out 😊

Totally not just you @Till23! 

I thought it was my new internet connection and then tried my phone wifi and same thing. 

It is frustrating and the ghost pages are still there but I don't think we've had any new ones appear since the delay in posts was no longer necessary.

Agree @avant-garde I have not seen anymore of those ghost pages.

Support button intermittently working seems relatively common

Then I also had this Forbidden and not being able to move through pages issue

Hopefully it can be fixed soon for everyone
