Got some good news today. Our trip to Japan for Feb is officially booked. Will be spending a week at the snow then a few days in Tokyo. Are going with two other couples that we go to the snow here with. Feel comfortable with them so that is good. Something to look forward too.

ECT 4 done today. Should be 8 left so still a bit of time left in here.

Did another session yesterday with the Art class. Will try and see if I can upload what I did. Not sure if I can from phone.

ECT 5 done this morning. Saw Doctor/Pdoc just before. Aiming for 10-12 sessions atm so getting there.

Starting to feel a difference in my mood/self so feels like it is starting to help. Just missing home so much.
