I'm struggling again. I feel ok, but one of my alters is stronger than usual and they hate me and want to harm and end me. To them, it's not suicide but murder. I'm trying to stay positive. I spoke to a therapist who deals with this issue and I will be seeing him in a couple of months. She doesn't want to go but I'm excited. It's exhausting, I am not sleeping very well, I am forgetful, fog brain, tranced out, etc.
