Feeling really down following an an anxiety attack re: several flashbacks from about an hour ago.

Hi @Elke888 Hope you’re feeling a little more settled now. Anxiety attacks leave you feeling so depleted and I find gentle breathing and sleep to be the best course of action to focus on afterwards. So scary hey! I also do progressive muscle relaxation as helps calm my nerves and grounds me overthinking mind. Are you coping okay now? Sending hugs and company 🙏

Hi @Elke888 Sorry I didn’t see your reply last night. I hope you managed to settle and rested well. I know how difficult it can be to calm our monkey minds to find some stillness. This is where I find progressive muscle relaxation really helpful. There’s loads to choose from on YouTube and I use an app called Superchill. Calm body helps with calm mind.
