My Current Resource for Psychological Concepts and Therapy Explanations

  • Just posting my current favourite YouTuber to watch. He is very informative I started from his original videos but they are very insightful coming from his own and others experience, giving good metaphors, explaining psychological & philosophical terms very well. Animation is good and a lil funky but his use of language is superb. Strong comprehension and ability to disseminate and discuss a whole range of concepts in an awesome manner. Watching his videos has helped me come to understand myself and others in a newer and more insightful light. Anyways here's his channel:

My favourite videos of his thus far:

Hope you guys check him out they're very informative and educational.

Cheers 😎✌️

Re: My Current Resource for Psychological Concepts and Therapy Explanations

@Bzboi ,

Just looked at a few. Can't say it's a light watch! I think it takes a certain 'kind' to grasp the depths of the concepts explained.

Sorry, not my cup of tea in the evenings, but thanks for sharing. At least I can say I have considered another perspective.

I'm sure there are deep thinkers out there who would appreciate it.

Once again, thanks for sharing.

I just watched another one @Bzboi @Appleblossom - rumination. They made very valid points. I think it is the vvvvooooooiiiiiiiicccccceeeeee that puts me off lol. So monotone?

Re: My Current Resource for Psychological Concepts and Therapy Explanations

@BPDSurvivor There was that lol

@Bzboi Thought I would share a video about a guy I like.  I used to volunteer at a zoo and really appreciate philosophical outlook and animals can be surprising critters.
