Re: Daily Achievements!
not much that was good @Glisten re learning fm her. not easy as she was in abusive marriage 50 plus years
after she departed (7 years ago now)
realised she was smarter than ever imagined, ok thought she was smart anyway
she was very polite, humble, giving, but let someone who was her lesser and could not have got anywhere without her walk all over her

Re: Daily Achievements!
@TAB that must have been horrible for you to watch!
Children of an abusive relationship are also victims.

Re: Daily Achievements!
They are a difficult generation to connect with @TAB
Things that we wouldn’t phase us, were hugely controversial for them. Like divorce, second marriages, illegitimate children. Gay people having to pretend to be straight.
A generation of secret keepers they are/were. It would have been a tough life.
Little wonder that my adult children are all about healing generational trauma.
But little comfort for you as child not getting your emotional and psychologically needs met.
Would it have made a difference to you, if your mom said, that she was sorry?
Hugs

@ENKELI it’s a Vitamix. I think the fat base helps?
I put kefir ice, half avocado, banana, macha, - something sweet like pineapple, datas or honey.
